I’m so glad I used Bellhops! The movers, Kerby and Daniel, were super friendly and professional. They were careful with my stuff (lots of fragile things and heavy antiques) and did a good job of following my directions. I had to push back my start time a bit due to an emergency that came up and the Bellhops reps, Laurie and Mary, were amazingly nice and understanding. I was beyond impressed with their customer service and thankful for the flexibility and responsiveness. The only thing I didn’t know was that you can tip on the bill (I gave the movers their tips in person). Would definitely hire Bellhops again and would recommend to others. It made a stressful experience like moving way less stressful. Thank you so much!

Amazing movers!! We just needed help moving furniture around, so we didn't need much. The men came a few minutes early, got started and took less than the required time. I will be recommending them to friends and family!!!

It took five day-laborers four hours to load my 26' moving truck from storage. It took three Bellhops a little over two hours to unload that truck and put things in my house. These guys rock!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Straightforward pricing:
You only pay for the time your move requires, with no surprises (Moves with trucks have a one-time base fee plus the hourly rate).
For moves with trucks there is a 3 hour minimum.
For labor-only moving help there is a 2 hour minimum.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Build your moving plan and schedule online or over the phone in minutes:
Tell us what you need, and we'll tailor your moving services and match you with the most-qualified movers. Book for free and pay only a deposit after 48 hours. The rest is due once your move is complete.
2) Meet your movers:
On the night before your move, you'll receive an e-mail that includes a photograph of each mover so that you’re greeted by familiar faces on moving day.
3) Relax while Bellhop carries out the job:Your lead mover will get in touch on the day of your move to let you know your team is on its way. Once your movers arrive, they’ll conduct a brief walk-through, take note of any special instructions you have, and then get moving. You will also be provided with a QR code to clock the team in and out, giving you control over the hours you will be billed.
