The movers were efficient and handled my furniture and boxes with care. They were the first movers I've ever hired in San Antonio who actually arrived on time! I was so surprised. The men were very friendly and didn't waste any of my time. Definitely calling them back the next time I need to move!

I was super impressed with every part of my experience. The crew was polite, professional, and very careful with how they handled my items. They took the time to call ahead because they were worried they might be late due to traffic. They arrived on time as scheduled but I really appreciated that they took the trouble to call just in case. They were very thorough with disassembling and reassembling the furniture. I was impressed with how well they were able to load the truck - they fit a lot of items very safely. When it turned out it was going to take two trips instead of one, they let me know right away. The pricing was extremely fair and the service was outstanding! I've moved a lot and I've never had a move go so smoothly. I was very impressed with how quickly the guys worked. I will reccomend Big Buck to anyone and everyone. This company may be new but they know exactly what they're doing and they do it right!
