- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price our services at a rate that allows us to pay our movers above industry standards so that our customers receive the best of the best. Our pricing is straightforward and honest, with no hidden fees. We require a 2 hr minimum but charge in 15 min increments so that you only pay for time spent moving! Our pricing includes high quality trucks, pads, shrink wrap, and moving equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our team values clear and open communication from start to finish. We offer FREE ESTIMATES both over the phone and in person. All pricing, schedules, and relevant information is provided in writing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our movers are always trained professionals...never temps/day laborers. Most of our movers have been with us for over 5 years. Customers can trust that any mover provided in your home has actual experience. The moving industry is also very regulated to protect consumers. Members of our team are certified with TXDMV.
