Setting up the appointment was painless, and the two guys they sent were great. They were nice and did a great job. Only a couple small 'dings' but I cannot really blame them as the stuff I had them moving was heavy and tough to get a grip on. They did a good job of packing the truck too - the placement of things was well thought-out, instead of just stuffed in like I have seen before.

After having to use multiple movers in a short period of time, I was exhausted and frustrated. Other companies had btoken my items, turned a two hour move far longer or more expensive than I was quoted. San Antonio Move Pros was a breath of fresh air. Although my situation was complicated (very short notice, change in my availability time, and suddenly having to add a third locaction), Kelly was confident she could help me and certainly deserves the highest of sucess since she was so compassionate and understanding. The two fellows that were sent out to do my move were absolutely fabulous, caring, and actually managed to make me laugh and have a genuinely pleasant experience after going through a very strenuous situation. Thank you. If I ever need moving services again - I know which company to call and which drivers to ask for (Dustin and Lloyd). They, and Kelly exceeded my every expectation. Once again, I can't thank you enough. Don't be hesitant if their hourly rate is more than some of the other quotes you recieve - they were even less than some of the other companies I tried because they actually focused on getting the job done. I wish I could do more to contrast this experience with everone else I've tried, or simply spoken to.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge based on an hourly rate, with an initial 2 hour minimum time slot, and a one time fuel fee. We do not charge for shrink wrap, tape, or dollies. These items are included at no additional cost.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to reach out to the customer initially, and find out their specific need's. It's important for us to get a good idea of the scope of the project, as well as for the customer to know they are working with real people.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 1999. We employ professional movers with experience in the field, and our track record speaks for itself.
