He was able to hand a client of ours not only move their items and install their TV but he did it quickly and efficiently. The client was used to high end white glove type service and he provided this. I would definitely use them again, I was not on the site and he helped with the coordination as well.

Quoted price 350$ expectations:
- [ ] Truck for 3 hours.
- [ ] Furniture wraps and equipment
- [ ] Assembly and disassembly
- [ ] Start time 10am
Arrival at 1033am
No truck.
Took close to fours of work due to the fact he did not want to go get a truck because he was already there. Stated that he can walk everything over because they had the furniture dollies.
You used our car to move boxes and totes and caught a ride back to the other apartment. Used our gas because you did not want to get that truck. Yet asked for help from my boyfriend since he was there.
Total I paid you 353.50 that was 3.50 over the quoted price.
You went over the allotted time because you failed to provide the service you stated you were going to give. And then you called me to ask me to pay for the fourth hour because you gave me thirty mins free due to your mistake.
I honestly don’t see how that is fair. I advised you to send me another invoice with everything in there to what I should have paid of you would have gave the correct service that you stated in the first invoice that you sent.
I do believe for future reference do not let your pride stand in the way of the customer service you stated you are going to give. If you put it in writing that you will provide everything that was in that invoice you need to pull through with it.
Do better.
If they would allow video I would show what they did.
