I hired professional mover's because I was moving cross-country and just had foot surgery. They knew this upon arriving. Since they did not offer any supplies I brought blankets. They only used one. They packed everything and I thought they did a good job, because everything fit. When my brother-in-law came to help my pack last small items into my car he saw what they did and said he could not believe I even paid them, because he thought everything looked poorly packed. Upon arriving at my destination and unpacking I was appalled. There was a side table placed with its edges directly into my couch causing permanent damage, a shelf I told them not to take apart unless they told me they needed me to was falling apart and scratched, my coffee table was completely scratched, and there were two chemical stains on my couch (one being over 6 inches in diameter). I started receiving harassing calls from the customer representative that I did not give them the correct payment code. After finally talking to u-haul multiple times they finally realized they put down the wrong e-mail and sent me it. I could have done without a rude representative after moving and being in pain from my surgery. I took my time to send pictures and make a statement and they basically said they assume no responsibility. I now have ruined furniture and they made my move very stressful. I would avoid them at all costs. If you enjoy your stuff being taken care of and not being harassed do yourself a favor and pay for a more reputable company.

I've moved a lot of times and I've had some really good movers and some really bad ones, but these guys were the worst. They showed up on time and were courteous, but that's the only good thing I can say about them. They wasted a lot of time, that I was paying for, standing around talking to each other. They would start working again when they saw me coming, but if I wasn't standing right there, they would just stop working. I understand needing to take breaks, but that was excessive. They also did not come prepared to move our piano even though they knew they were going to move a piano. All they had was a regular dolly. They would not have been able to get it on the truck without my help. I could have overlooked how slow they worked and how unprepared they were, but what really made me want to write this review was that they forced our dryer through a doorway without ensuring that it would fit first and scratched and dented the door. They took pictures and said someone would contact me. I called and emailed and didn't get a response until my last email where I threatened to go to the better business bureau. Finally they respond to that by saying that I signed something saying they are not responsible for damage to the house. Wow, terrible customer service. They're probably going to reply to this review and take no responsibility and possibly try to blame it on me somehow, like they did to other reviewers, but don't believe it, just find other movers.

Both gentlemen who worked with me called before hand to let me know they were on schedule and they arrived on time. They seemed personable and proficient and my stuff was loaded in the two hour time frame with little to no difficulty.

This was a fantastic moving experience. The guys showed up and were super friendly and made great suggestions as to how to pack our stuff in the truck. We were really nervous we wouldn't have enough room but the way they packed the large items completely assuaged our fears. Will totally be using again in the future and I highly suggest their services. Thanks!
