The work involved sheet rock, texture and painting of the kitchen area (10'x15') in my home. This was a 3-day project. Mr. Villatoro provided a line-item bid, went over the process and schedule in detail. His estimate was very reasonable. We were happy with the quality of the work. Mr. Villatoro's team was punctual, worked hard and cleaned up very well at the end of each day. Mr. Villatoro visited at least once each day to supervise. We were satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the project execution.
