- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on total hours and quantity of people for whom services are provided. Standard rates apply to individuals; repeat clients receive high frequency rates. High frequency rates also offered in weddings, quinceaneras, and other events where more than four people require services. Customized to your needs with every budget in mind.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a FREE consultation to cover details, discuss my contract with guarantee and cancellation information, and allow for any questions. Then I layout a plan, to include scheduling and pricing. The client then decides if they wish to hire, contacts me directly, and we establish payments after scheduling. It is important to note that there is never an obligation to hire after the free consultation, and MAD Makeover Professionals never charges for services that have not been provided to the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is required for all stylists to keep licensing updated. We also stay on top of trends and ideas through media, marketing and networking. We welcome input from clients as they are our primary resource!
