Margaret is like my fairy God mother. I hired Margret about a year before our wedding for make up services and day of coordinating. However my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer theee months before our wedding. At that point I have Margaret complete control of the wedding. Margaret far exceeded my expectations. She not only got the job done but was a huge support throughout that time. Our entire wedding experience would not have been what it was without Margret and mad make over professionals. Margaret is very knowledgable about the industry and has a vast quantity of resources and contacts. If you ask me I think she just knows everything. She is always promt, professional , and curtious. I have continued to use her services for various life events that require hair, makeup or party planning. Margaret has become family. Choosing Mad Make Over Proffesionals will be the best descision you make about your wedding.

Margaret is amazing to work with! She has a lot of talent and is very personable. She's flexible with her schedule and explains things thoroughly. She did my hair and makeup for my wedding as well as my best friends wedding. She was so friendly with my famy and bridesmaids. She will be the best asset for whatever event you need her for.

We had an amazing experience. All of the individual needs of each bridesmaid/bride were met. Everyone's look was accomplished! Margaret could not have been more professional. She made the bride feel at ease and worked all day to insure everything was done and all needs were met. We were all completely satisfied and felt she went above and beyond to make each of us feel beautiful!

Margaret did my hair for a wedding and did an excellent job! My hair is very fine and there is a lot of it, so it rarely holds a curl or stays in place, but she got it to do what we wanted! From my perspective she was also pretty speedy, which is great. I got a ton of compliments on my hair! On a personal level, I enjoyed talking with her--she was professional and courteous but relatable and fun! She also took me as her first appointment at 6:30am...and said her earliest yet was at 4am, so she's very willing to work with your schedule, which is such a huge plus! A super big help to my bride that day. :) THANK YOU MARGARET!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on total hours and quantity of people for whom services are provided. Standard rates apply to individuals; repeat clients receive high frequency rates. High frequency rates also offered in weddings, quinceaneras, and other events where more than four people require services. Customized to your needs with every budget in mind.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a FREE consultation to cover details, discuss my contract with guarantee and cancellation information, and allow for any questions. Then I layout a plan, to include scheduling and pricing. The client then decides if they wish to hire, contacts me directly, and we establish payments after scheduling. It is important to note that there is never an obligation to hire after the free consultation, and MAD Makeover Professionals never charges for services that have not been provided to the client.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Continuing education is required for all stylists to keep licensing updated. We also stay on top of trends and ideas through media, marketing and networking. We welcome input from clients as they are our primary resource!
