About a year ago, I hired Julia to plan a surprise birthday party for my mother at my home. It was a three-month planning process with about 70 guests consisting of family and friends. With my busy schedule, I needed someone who could take full control of the planning process—and Julia did exactly that.
She took all my ideas and organized them into a clear, well-structured game plan. Her communication was fabulous throughout the entire process. We had weekly check-ins where she updated me on progress, addressed any concerns, and even offered creative suggestions that I hadn’t thought of.
Julia handled every detail flawlessly—lining up the caterer, live band, photo booth, and bartender without any issues. The event itself was an absolute success and turned out even better than I imagined.
