FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is aligned with that of the event. Typically a standard "day of" type of coordination will have a flat fee for 10 hours and this consist of two individuals at the venue with the event activities. All other planning services are dependent on the amount of time we have to plan the event, for example, 6 months to a year, or 1-3 months. Big difference in the amount of work we need to do and the people we need to assist in getting it done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For planning services, it is not all about the number. I need to know whom I am working with. Not all clients are the same and not all planners are the same. Sometimes I am not the best fit. With this in mind, I typically would prefer to send a short questionnaire and schedule a free 30-minute consultation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in sales and marketing with event planning in the corporate arena for now 20 years. I recently within the last 2 years began to incorporate weddings and parties into the fold. My husband of now 1 year owns Two Ten Entertainment and made me a partner.
