Joyce did an incredible job on our pastry bar for our wedding!! They were delicious and all of our friends and family talked about how much they loved all of the pastries! We had mini pecan pies, mini berry tarts, mini e-claires, mini cheesecakes, mini carrot cakes and they were incredible. They looked beautiful and tasted even better! If you have thought you might want a pastry bar for your wedding--do it!! It also looked so cute on our table. Joyce is very professional and showed up on time to set up before the event. I would recommend her to my friends and family. Thanks for everything Joyce!! :)
I so enjoyed working with Stephanie and her team and eating their delicious food. She was very professional and organized. She and her team made an incredible 5 course meal for me and my girlfriends. She listened to what my favorite foods were and made the most delicious foods to compliment my desires. All my friends raved. I will hire her again for sure. I have had the pleasure of Sonia's cake twice. I ordered a Italian creme cake with beautiful flowers all around it. She delivered right on time for the event I was hosting. Everyone loved the cake and commented how delicious it was. Recently had her make a cake for my daughters birthday. I showed her a example of what i wanted and she made it look absolutely gorgeous! Her fondant is DELICIOUS. ive tasted other cakes before and the icing/fondant is bland and yuck. Everything about her cakes are delicious.I even had parents where coming up to me to say how delicious my daughters birthday cake was! i would recommend her cakes/cupcakes for parties, events, and special occasions because not only is her work beautiful and show-worthy, but also delicious!!

I love the cakes from The Bridge Cakes. The cupcakes are also awesome and delicious. I love that you can order exactly what you want. I have ordered sugar free cakes for my Diabetic family members and gluten free brownies for my daughter. I just have to ask and The Bridge makes it happen. I love that we can special order any type cake we need. The home made fondant is also yummy.
I hired Chef Rudy for my wedding last September and let me say he was so polite, quick, and best of all great! He cooked great brisket, chicken, cordon Bleu and Along with amazing sides that tasted like heaven! Basically if your not reserving chef Rudy then you are definitely wrong!! Thank you Chef Rudy I'll definetly be calling you again!

Chef Chris did a birthday dinner for me and it was amazing!! Everything was perfect from the start of the planning all the way to the dessert. We had the pleasure of tasting Kalo Catering's fare at an event our company put together back in July. Chef George prepared an arugula and beet salad with a crusted goat cheese that was out of this world and it only got better from there... short ribs were fall off the bone good! Loved the food! Chef On the Go is my catering side project that I'm invested in. Basically, I'll do catering events from anywhere between 250 a head or 15 a head. I do festivals and events as well. I had learned a lot from being the head chef/private chef for a sorority house from Monday through Friday. I prepare, cook, and make menus for over 25 girls for their lunch and dinner.
