- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The cost of a project usually includes: 1) Cost of product/materials (e.g., Bins, Containers, Bin Clips, Labels) 2) Cost of labor (charged by the hour) The cost of product/materials depends on your space, needs and vision. We can discuss your budget during the free consultation. Once I evaluate and measure your space, I can get a better idea of the product cost. I do my best to stay within your budget and utilize what you have (if it works for the space). The cost of labor is charged by the hour. I will provide an estimate of how much time I think it will take to complete the project. I also have a flat fee for shopping and planning. If you book multiple spaces, I will provide a discount. I also run promotions on my social media pages from time to time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process begins when you reach out (via Thumbtack, Text, Website, Instagram DM, Facebook DM, or Email). You can provide me the space you'd like Organized and Pictures help too! Once I answer your initial questions, we can set up a Free Consultation (in-person or virtual). During the Consultation we will go over a a short questionnaire and discuss your Vision, Budget & Space. Then measurements will be taken if they are needed. After the Consultation, I will review the information gathered and start sourcing product "aka planning & shopping". I will provide you the total cost of the product. At that point, you can make a decision if you'd like to proceed or hold off. After you're good for me to proceed, I will gather a deposit (cost of the product) and we will then schedule your session!! During your Session aka Organizing Day, I will remove everything from the space, categorize, declutter, and organize! After your session, I will walk you through your new beautiful organized space. I will remove any donations or schedule a pick-up for larger loads.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken a 14 hour customized coaching course from Organizing Spaces by Kim where I learned best practices for organizing spaces and building systems that are easy to maintain! I also have my Bachelors Degree from Texas Tech and 13 years of Business Analyst experience.
