Introduction: Sports and fitness have been a part of me for my whole life. I have tried and done various workouts, and have learned that one particular workout is not for everyone. Our bodies are different. When I train my clients, I keep that in mind. Specialized training is key.
I love that I can teach people what I have been doing all my life. Training. I dont call it work because I never not want to train someone and help reach fitness marks. Motivation is a part of how I run my life. Im happy to share my knowledge with anyone who wants to get in or stay in shape. Its fun to me.
