The pricing is from 40.00 a 40 minute session. Other arrangements can be made by adjusting time lengths to 30 -mins 30.00 or 60 mins session 60.00

Certified Fitness Trainer Specialist in Fitness Nutrition Certification Specialist in Exercise Therapy Certification Elite Trainer Certification Bodybuilding Specialist Certification As a personal trainer you always have to be on top of the newest training and fitness trends. As a personal trainer you also have to be taking cue's or cec's to keep your certifications current every 2 years.
