- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $45 per individual sessions, but for 8 sessions or more the price drops to $40 a session with payment being made up front. Also for groups of 2 or more it's just an additional $10 per additional person.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Face to face consult to meet potential new client, inquire on their goals, health history, exercise experience, schedule, then open up to any questions they have and if hired help create a program specific to their goals and what they want to accomplish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm a certified through personal trainer through W.I.T.S (World Instructor Training Schools
