I encourage each and every one of my clients to surpass their physical and mental boundaries in an attempt to cross bridges they never thought possible. The hardest part is taking the leap of faith to motivate yourself, to come to the gym, and to begin your journey. If you can summon the courage to do so, I’ll help you with the other steps. The results will be very rewarding. I believe in what I do, I love what I do, and I believe in each and every one of my clients to share the same enthusiasm with me. All too often, I hear of trainers or public figures with the same story of “I want to inspire people”. Sure, if I can inspire people, that’d be great. However, it is definitely not why I do what I do. I pride myself on creating and promoting happiness through helping people achieve the body that ultimately changes their lives for the better.

Every single training session Kevin came on time and well prepared. He's capable of motivating you to push yourself throughout the workouts and even makes it fun to do. You can tell he's very knowledgeable in fitness and actually practices what he preaches. Definitely would recommend him to anyone looking to get more in shape as it is worth every penny.

My experience with Kevin was hands down the bets session of training I've ever experienced. The knowledge he has when it comes to injury rehabilitation as well as muscle growth and fat loss is top notch. He is patient, very kind, and most of all genuine. This gentlemen treats you with respect and full on loves what he does! I would recommend him for any type of person who needs assistance. Anyone from 18-80 could train with him. He has knowledge with sports, rehab, muscle building and so so much more. If you're looking for a great trainer and your money's worth this is your guy!

Kevin is more than just a personal trainer telling you what workouts to do and what foods to eat. Kevin becomes a friend that is supportive of your goals whether they are in the gym or in life. His own goal is to do everything possible to help you become comfortable in your own skin. There were times when I broke and I wouldn't go to the gym weeks at a time because of personal reasons. Kevin helped my channel all my emotions to get back in the gym and take all my anger out on the weighs. It's been a long time coming but I've never felt so confident in my own skin. Going to the gym by myself has been so easy now. Kevin has also helped me make friends at the gym that also have a strong passion for fitness. He's been such a influence on my life and I am so thankful I met him.

At first, I was a little shy about personal training. I always saw trainers at Gold's Gym yelling at their clients to "move faster" and "push harder". I definitely didn't want this type of trainer. Meeting Kevin was one of the best things that could have happened to me. He reassured me that he would train me exactly in the style that I needed, as each person needs a different approach. I have felt extremely comfortable working with him. He makes sure to keep track of my progress and he always explains the exercises that I'm doing and how it's helping me to reach my end goal. Since I have been training with him, I have succeeded in reaching many goals of mine that I would have never been able to do by myself. He has helped me increase my confidence and has made me more comfortable about going to the gym by myself on the days that I do not train with him. He has worked with me on my eating habit and has uncovered some of the reasons for my weight gain. If you're looking for someone to push you and hold you accountable, Kevin is definitely the trainer for you. I would recommend him to anyone needing help with physical fitness.
