How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had to overcome a multitude of mental and physiological hurdles on my way to becoming a healthy, strong individual . These were done on my own without help and looking back I wished I had someone to guide and direct me and I want to share this with others.

Make sure that your expectations are clear and precise. Know exactly what it is that you want to change about your health, fitness, body and ultimately your life.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
That there is a passion in personal training for helping those that find it hard to help themselves.
