Introduction
I have been involved in fitness for over a decade. I began my fitness journey after being honorably discharged from the US Army where I served as a combat medic. I knew that I wanted to continue to push myself to the limit and keep my body healthy as I had done in the military.
I began with strength training through Crossfit after the birth of my youngest son as I was determined to set a strong example for all three of my boys. Shortly after, I fell in love with Powerlifting and began training and competing. I live, dream, and eat fitness everyday of my life.
I want to share my passion with others who aspire to become the best version of themselves and help each person realize their fullest potential and natural gifts. This is why my partner and I opened our own gym.
I am a certified rehabilitation nurse with many years of experience caring for people across the lifespan helping them to get healthy, recover from injuries and get moving. I am also double certified in personal training, certified in nutrition, and I am a certified instructor for CPR, BLS, first aid through the American Heart Association.
One of the most important things to me as a trainer is to use evidence based practice to help people learn proper health and fitness techniques that can help them lead a stronger, longer, healthier life!
Our trainers train at our own personal gym. It’s equipped with specialized strength training equipment, commercial grade machines, and everything needed to achieve your goals!

She is amazing!! Very knowledgeable and very supportive of my goals!! She puts her heart into personal training and I really can tell! She has lifted up my spirits about working out and know I have done a complete turn around with my transformation and fitness journey. She has helped me gain alot of confidence too! Lauren is an amazing trainer she takes her time while training me and also answer ever 100th question I have she also helps with a clean easy diet plan to go buy with the training you do with her

Lauren and her business partner(Logan) have exceeded our expectations. My spouse and I have completely different workout styles and they were able to hone in on that immediately. After many years of searching for a workable solution for both of us, finding Lauren and Logan has been a dream come true. As a result, we have both been able to enjoy the couples workouts while also finding them challenging and engaging for each personality and fitness level. This is a huge difference from any other fitness attempts we have experienced. We can tell that our workouts are well thought out and our homework and eating plan complement the entire process. They are always positive about our workouts and we leave feeling like we are accomplishing our goals and confident in ourselves. After talking with Lauren and Logan it was immediately apparent that they are well versed in multiple types of fitness from CrossFit, bodybuilding, powerlifting, cardio/endurance training and more.
