Introduction: I have been involved in fitness for over a decade. I began my fitness journey after being honorably discharged from the US Army where I served as a combat medic. I knew that I wanted to continue to push myself to the limit and keep my body healthy as I had done in the military.
I began with strength training through Crossfit after the birth of my youngest son as I was determined to set a strong example for all three of my boys. Shortly after, I fell in love with Powerlifting and began training and competing. I live, dream, and eat fitness everyday of my life.
I want to share my passion with others who aspire to become the best version of themselves and help each person realize their fullest potential and natural gifts. This is why my partner and I opened our own gym.
I am a certified pediatric and medical surgical nurse with many years of experience caring for people across the lifespan. I am also double certified in personal training, certified in nutrition, and I am a certified instructor for CPR, BLS, first aid through the American Heart Association.
One of the most important things to me as a trainer is to use evidence based practice to help people learn proper health and fitness techniques that can help them lead a stronger, longer, healthier life!
Our trainers train at our own personal gym. It’s equipped with specialized strength training equipment, commercial grade machines, and everything needed to achieve your goals!
