Introduction: I offer a blend of beginner level, fitness level and advanced training. I focus on isolation, compound, High Intensity Circuit Training as well as martial arts training. My focus is to meet my client at their current fitness level and build them up from there. My personality is positive and inspirational and I can be playful to serious depending on my clients personality. I focus on establishing trust with my clients. When trust is established maybe you wouldn't mind as much doing the exercises you don't like. I definitely enjoy the client results. The transformations and the confidence that comes with it is a major satisfaction of my work. The most satisfying moment is getting those "Thank you" texts after showing my clients what's possible when they have given up on themselves. Knowing that I empower people for a living gives me great joy and satisfaction.

I was looking for a personal fitness trainer for my 13 year old son and so thankful we are able to work with Jason. He is professional, kind, and tailors age appropriate workouts for my son. He has continued to keep my son motivated while making it fun! Jason has even been so gracious as to allow me to workout as well which is a major plus! We look forward to working with Jason now and in the future. I would definitely highly recommend!

I came to master jason looking for one on one mma training! We only had a few months working together but it was a very motivating and rewarding experience! Master Jason helped me grow and come out of a slump I was struggling with for months. I learned a lot and was always encouraged to ask questions and learn from him! My confidence, mental health, and martial arts improved a lot from when we first started! He definitely kicked my ass plenty though :) I also always felt comfortable being in the dojo!

Jason is the absolute best! At 66 years of age I decided to start with a personal trainer and begin to work out at a gym. Jason NEVER treats me like a baby. He knows the correct amount of challenge and encouragement to give me. I enjoy working out immensely which actually astonishes some of the guys I know that consider it a necessary but tough job. And I really enjoyed the boxing lessons. 😊😊😊 I would recommend Jason as a personal trainer. He gets 100 stars!!!!!

Jason is a great personal trainer at super heroes gym and Nutrition. He takes his profession very seriously with helping his clients , determine their goals all while setting a plan to conquer them. During your journey he evaluates your fitness regiment and fine tunes it to make sure you are building the progress you desired. I would recommend him and this gym anytime , the energy is exquisite and you are surrounded by lovely people who encourage you and work together as a family to bring out the best version of themselves. This gym also has a great juice and smoothie bar which is another great benefit. I would recommend it to anyone looking to better themselves and reach their fitness goals.

    The most common types of jobs I do for clients is -weight loss -toning and strength training -Martial arts training (punches, kicks, throws, self defense) -Flexibility and coordination Most people in the beginning come for the weight loss and toning. When I introduce the martial arts programs to their workouts they realize that its something they are capable of doing and a lot of fun also. I offer a lot of variety to personal training.
