I’ve been training since 2011. After having 3 babies I found myself at a whopping 250lbs with a lot of weight to lose. I was diagnosed with thyroid disease which as you might know makes it 10x harder to lose that weight! But... After major back surgery I was unable to undertake strenuous exercise. Once my doctor gave me the all clear to do moderate and restricted exercise I contacted Weights B4 Cake. I needed a trainer who would understand my limitations, but also assist in my rehabilitation and return to exercise. I knew that if I trained on my own I would risk further injury so I needed to have appropriate training planned and a person to monitor me. Chalsey is a kind and caring trainer who does listen and takes all precautions to ensure proper technique and form is achieved for greater success.

I've been training with Chalsey for 6 weeks now. I've already exceeded my short term goals. She has tailored workouts and nutrition plans specifically for me and is constantly adjusting and tweeking things to meet my needs and goals. Im excited to see where I'll be 6 weeks from now.
