I did a lot of research and visited three types of gyms to find the right fit for my exercise and nutrition needs. I'm very pleased with the results I've had working with Patty as my trainer for the past 3 months. I really like the variety of cardio and strength training of each session and she continues to challenge me to increase intensity and endurance. And, the TaiChi/Yoga Fusion class is awesome! Patty and I are the same age, so I appreciate that she can relate to me as a woman, a driven career oriented person and a mom. I've been working with Chris since about February/March of 2015. When I first started out, I was pretty much a skinny-fat slob: 220lbs, no strength to speak of, very low motivation to get fit. I also had this aversion to working out in gyms and dealing with trainers. Call it a clash of personalities, but I just could never dedicate myself to working out with a lot of the meatheads at gyms. When I started working with Chris, I noticed right away that we were on the same page about a lot of things. His vision for my progress and my personal fitness goals certainly meshed, but most importantly so too did our tastes in music. We both share an unyielding passion for metal, and being able to talk shop in between sets of getting my ass kicked made getting through my sessions so much easier. In no time at all, I found myself making great gains and looking forward to each of my sessions. Chris put me on a great regimen, starting off with lots of core training and cardio to burn fat, and slowly worked our way to strength training. I soon found myself doing lifts that I never thought I'd be able to do in my lifetime. Flash forward to the present and I've lost over 30 pounds, gained strength I never knew I had, and feel more confident than I ever have in my life. Chris is a great professional, but he also truly cares about you as an individual. You can always tell that he genuinely wants you to succeed in your goals, and I can't even begin to tell you how much that will help your motivation. I can't recommend Chris enough. If you're looking to change your life and get a helluva a lot stronger, Chris is your guy.
If you are looking to get started on a workout routine, focus on your current one or move to the next level you should consider training with Jason Wright. I began my training with Jason two months ago and am already seeing the results I want. He is always there to push you hard enough to get you where you want to be. Most importantly, Jason will make your workouts fun by varying up your routine, so your workouts never get dull and boring. I would recommend Jason to anyone looking to get results on their personal training goals. He is an amazing personal trainer who is passionate, patient, focused, attentive & will give you the results you want/need!
I've been training with Jesse for a little over a year and I'm stronger and healthier than I've ever been. Prior to Jesse, I was a crossfitter and injured my lower back (sciatica) from the massive weight I was lifting without strengthening my core. After working with a physical therapist, I left crossfit and began training with Jesse. I've done High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT), weight training and cardio with Jesse. Unlike CF, Jesse gradually worked me up to a maximum load (weight), without injuring my IT band nor my lower back. Jesse also combines diet along with the workouts. He will tweak your eating habits and stresses calorie intake. I enjoy the workouts because everyday is a challenge, and with Jesse's knowledge of fitness/nutrition, there's no telling how far I can go.
Derek came out to our football trainings, which I was only able to attend once a week. And he kicked my butt hard! He was very positive and motivational, and took my cardio and explosiveness to another level. Our team, in the short time we had him, was in the best shape we have ever been in our 3years of existence. We are very appreciative of help and knowledge, and still incorporate some of his workouts in our weekly trainings. Derek is awesome!
At a time in my life when I was searching for hope and health I met Rusty. His Christ Fit Fusion program and journal has helped to guide and encourage me. The workouts are amazing and worth every minute. They are not easy but anything in life that is worth having is not easy. The journal is easy to follow and its like having Rusty encourage me throughout the day. Rusty is kind and compassionate and one of GOD's warriors. He has helped me to bring out my inner warrior for GOD and myself. By "eating a healthy spiritual and physical diet, exercising spiritually and physically and doing them both consistently" I am on my way to becoming a spiritually and physically healthier hopeful person that I strive to be.
