- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
`My pricing is based on an hourly basis during the photoshoot, time spent editing, and physical prints that are optionally included. I like to disclose that physical prints are added into the sessions' price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with making note of available light sources that will complement my clients in the active environment. During shoots with new clients, I like to consult their opinion on how they would like to be portrayed in order to ensure customer satisfaction.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Mainly co-workers and acquaintances. Most know me personally.
