FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is transparent and straightforward. Most organizing projects are billed hourly, with flat-rate options available once the scope is clear. I don’t charge hidden fees — supplies, travel within the local area, and basic organizing materials are discussed upfront. I occasionally offer discounts for repeat clients, multi-space projects, or ongoing maintenance organizing. If a project runs longer than expected, I always check in before proceeding to avoid surprises.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short conversation to understand the space, goals, and pain points. From there, we decide on priorities, the timeline, and whether the project is best handled in one session or in phases. On organizing day, we sort items together (keep, donate, relocate, discard), establish functional zones, and create systems that are easy to maintain. I focus on practical solutions—not just making things look good, but making them work in everyday life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a background in education, which has given me strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills. That training translates directly into how I approach organizing — assessing systems, simplifying processes, and creating clear, logical setups that make sense to the client. I also stay current on organizing methods, storage solutions, and efficiency strategies through ongoing research and hands-on experience.
