- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based on the square footage of the area being cleaned. A standard chemical application fee is assessed on every job. Pricing is subject to change due to but not limited to property conditions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After obtaining the property address, we submit the customer an estimate with the approximate square footage, including photos from Google Maps and Street View. Upon approval of invoice, we will schedule the cleaning. Payment is due after cleaning is completed and an invoice is submitted to the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
On the job training and several years of pressure washing driveways.
