Hi there, I can build ANY type of fence. The way I do my jobs for my clients is that you provide the materials that cover the linear feet to complete the job. By this I provide a breakdown for your material, You will know exactly how much your materials will cost. I just charge you for labor. I go by linear feet. Yes, prices can be Negotiable. Just keep it fair and understand it is a lot of work. I will pick up materials for you and dispose of the old existing fence if there are any. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT CONTRACTORS DO GET CHARGES FOR A LEAD ON THUMBTACK. IF YOU'RE NOT READY FOR ME TO START THE JOB, I WOULD GREATLY APPRICIATE IF YOU DONT REQUEST ME OR WASTE TIME IF YOU DONT HAVE THE FUNDS.

We had a disaster of an insecure, metal fence door with rusted-out, falling-apart adjacent fence segments…as well as a misaligned motorized, driveway fence gate that was warped with time. Our inquiry on Thumbtack by Jose Manuel was answered immediately. He met with us to fully understand our vision for the repair, including much improved aesthetics and security. He provided several options and earnestly shopped around for best, cost-effective options. The new gate, fence, and motorized gate repair is just beautiful…and it required a lot of on-the-spot problem-solving, crafty metal work, and significant attention to detail. Jose Manuel ensured we were satisfied with the quality of work on every detail before accepting payment, and he was very fair and transparent on all supply and labor costs. We have had numerous contractors for various projects in our full home and property renovation that has been ongoing for 3 years to this point and Jose Manuel has been - by far - the best…head and shoulders above all others. Manuel is very professional and knowledgeable. He did exceptional work rebuilding my fence when a tree fell during a storm. He was in touch and looking at the within an hour or so of me contacting him. He explained all aspects of his very fair estimate. Did great work on the fence. He even replaced some previously broken slats without me asking. I plan to have work on other projects based on the great job he did today.

The gate on the side of my house had seen better days. It needed to be replaced. I contacted Manuel's General Services about having the gate replaced. Very responsive! Manuel arrived yesterday (Friday) as scheduled and replaced the old gate. Cedar wood was used, and a latch was installed that can be locked from the inside. All went well! Manuel did a great job!
