Hi there, I can build ANY type of fence. The way I do my jobs for my clients is that you provide the materials that cover the linear feet to complete the job. By this I provide a breakdown for your material, You will know exactly how much your materials will cost. I just charge you for labor. I go by linear feet. Yes, prices can be Negotiable. Just keep it fair and understand it is a lot of work. I will pick up materials for you and dispose of the old existing fence if there are any. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT CONTRACTORS DO GET CHARGES FOR A LEAD ON THUMBTACK. IF YOU'RE NOT READY FOR ME TO START THE JOB, I WOULD GREATLY APPRICIATE IF YOU DONT REQUEST ME OR WASTE TIME IF YOU DONT HAVE THE FUNDS.

Manuel was very responsive when we first reached out and actually came by the house same day for an estimate. His professionalism and integrity made us confident in hiring him to replace our fence. He went above and beyond building our fence, staying in communication with every phase of the project to make sure we were happy with the work being done. He finished the project in a reasonable time considering he ended up replacing the neighbors behind and beside us who ended up replacing their fences as well. The quality of finished project was exceptional and we will be using Manuel in the future for other projects needed in our home.
