By this I provide a breakdown for your material, You will know exactly how much your materials will cost. I just charge you for labor. I go by linear feet. Yes, prices can be Negotiable. Just keep it fair and understand it is a lot of work. I will pick up materials for you and dispose of the old existing fence if there are any. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT CONTRACTORS DO GET CHARGES FOR A LEAD ON THUMBTACK. I needed some repairs to a fence gate and got in contact with Manuel. After talking with him I realized I could have him take care of some other items I have been wanting to get done around the house. So I had him stain my wooden fence and pressure wash my driveway. Manuel got right to work and did a great job. My fence looks amazing and now my gates are easy to open. I am definitely going to use Manuel again for future work.

We had a disaster of an insecure, metal fence door with rusted-out, falling-apart adjacent fence segments…as well as a misaligned motorized, driveway fence gate that was warped with time. Our inquiry on Thumbtack by Jose Manuel was answered immediately. He met with us to fully understand our vision for the repair, including much improved aesthetics and security. He provided several options and earnestly shopped around for best, cost-effective options. The new gate, fence, and motorized gate repair is just beautiful…and it required a lot of on-the-spot problem-solving, crafty metal work, and significant attention to detail. Jose Manuel ensured we were satisfied with the quality of work on every detail before accepting payment, and he was very fair and transparent on all supply and labor costs.
