By this I provide a breakdown for your material, You will know exactly how much your materials will cost. I just charge you for labor. I go by linear feet. Yes, prices can be Negotiable. Just keep it fair and understand it is a lot of work. I will pick up materials for you and dispose of the old existing fence if there are any. I needed some repairs to a fence gate and got in contact with Manuel. After talking with him I realized I could have him take care of some other items I have been wanting to get done around the house. So I had him stain my wooden fence and pressure wash my driveway. Manuel got right to work and did a great job. My fence looks amazing and now my gates are easy to open. I am definitely going to use Manuel again for future work.
