- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our minimum service call is $99, however estimates are free.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to go to the job site and asses the work to be done and update any estimated costs. Then, when estimate is accepted, work is scheduled and performed. At that time, the client is given an invoice via email where it can be paid via credit card, bank transfer or by handing a check or cash to technician. We try to streamline the process as much as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are constantly training through the United Association of Mobile Contract Cleaners as well as with Pressure Washing Resource Association. We are members of both institutions.
