Excellent work and very fair pricing. My screened-in patio had a lot of built-up dirt, dust, and grime, and he made it look almost new again. He was professional, thorough, and took pride in his work. It's hard to find people who still pay attention to the details, but he definitely does. Stanley did a fantastic job. With less than 24 hours notice, he was out here power-washing my driveway, porch, and walkway. It was all coated with mud and dirt before, but now it’s practically clean enough to eat a meal straight off the ground. Stanley arrived within the timeframe he said he would and gave updates on his arrival ahead of time.
Once he arrived he was very nice and professional. He did a great job on my sidewalk and driveway that hadn’t been cleaned in about 5 years.
Pressure King will be who I call from here on out when I need my driveway and sidewalks cleaned.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge 23.cent per square foot or $100 an hour. for a two-car driveway walkway and sidewalk I typically charge $125 and my prices are negotiable on bigger projects I know some of my prices might be out of some people budget but we could work something out
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
when working with a new customer I would like to get pictures of the area that you want clean or if you know the exact square footage that will work too and if you're just shopping around for a quote you could give me a call my number is in the pictures I will keep a open line of communication to let you know what's going on or if there's any changes
