Primarily based on the size of the job, the working area and possible problem areas that may need special attention.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Set up an initial consultation to set an expectation. Walk around property to scan for possibility of damage or already damaged points on home. Remove items from the work area. Schedule the best time to do the job. Then I get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am EPA universal certified, a licensed septic maintenance technician. I'm also certified to work on A/C, which has made me familiar with mold, mildew and algae due to moisture.
