Gilbert is the best. We had taken our two HP printers to another printer repair person and when we got the printers back, they still had the same problems as before. Gilbert came and immediately found paper still stuck in one of the printers, problem 1 FIXED, then found that the fuser assembly was worn on my mom’s printer, problem 2 FIXED. He told us what to order and how to easily replace the worn fuser. I can’t say enough good things about him. If you have a printer problem, don’t hesitate to contact Gilbert.

I was extremely pleased with Gilbert's repair of my HP printer. He responded to my morning email within minutes and scheduled me for the same day. He arrived promptly, was professional, quickly diagnosed and fixed my printer. I was very happy to find someone that would come to my house to fix my printer rather than me loading it up and hauling it to a shop. I would definitely use him again !
