The craftsmanship was excellent from start to finish. Their crew did a thorough tear-off, caught and addressed some hidden issues with the decking that I didn’t even know about, and installed everything with great attention to detail. The team was highly professional throughout. Communication was clear and timely, they showed up when scheduled, kept the work site clean, and were respectful of my property and time. Pete was very professional. Explained the whole process about my roof getting done. Talked to the insurance company to make sure it would get covered. Keep me updated on everything going on. Would send pictures through out the install of my new roof. If anything that would need to be replaced he would let me know. I recommend Roof Chiefs for anyone needing a new roof
