- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Discounts and promotions vary from month to month. Standard discounts apply to military, first responders, educators, and seniors.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From beginning to end, constant communication is our goal. We send out our Home Advisors that are friendly, honest, highly trained and extremely knowledgeable to assess your home. They are then able to provide professional solutions and educate you on the products that best meet your needs. Once we give our recommendation, we will go over multiple financing options if our client is interested. Once everything is approved and/or paperwork is signed, we will begin to pull permits needed to complete job. The next step is to get you on schedule and send out our trained craftsmen professionals to complete the project and scope of work to customer's satisfaction. Once completed, your project manager will examine and inspect the job to ensure your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Everyone in our team goes through intense, thorough training. We visit supplier and manufacturer facilities for these trainings and onsite job training for proper installation, per our manufacturers specifications.
