This is the second Time our family has used Rox roofing. We couldnt have had a better experience both times. We had hail damage from recent storms and needed to replace our metal roofs on two houses. We got several estimates and went with Rox once again. They removed the existing roofs on both houses And dried them in over one day. The rest of the job was completed in four days. We had some water damage and decking needed to be replaced, Rocky did this with no additional charge. His workers were efficient and cleaned up around the house every day at the end of their workday. The final product looks amazing (see photos uploaded) and Rocky ensured that we were satisfied with everything on completion.

Rox Roofing did an amazing job repairing our roof and installing new rain gutters. Rocky came out to give us a quote for rain gutters and noticed we needed some repairs on the roof and the front of our house. As soon as we agreed to the repairs his team was here within the next couple days making the repairs and installing the new gutters. His team did a great job communicating with us and were great to work with. Their workmanship was top notch and the gutters matched perfectly. If you need any repairs to the roof or outside exterior of your house they are the company to go with. I will be using them for all of our roof needs.

When trying to find the contractor there are many things to consider, value , integrity, quality workmanship, on time, and responsiveness, to name a few. After calling several roofing contact with little to no response, Rox came highly recommended and absolutely came through in a huge way for us. Rox was quick to respond and got a proposal and estimate over to me quickly. In this particular case we were up against the clock needing a lender required roof repair and fascia work done. All our pricing is giving onsite after inspecting and accurately measuring and calculating the cost to make repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process in working with Rox Roofing is the following:
➊ Customer books a time to visit the property to go over scope of work.
➋. We walk the property and address any damages seen from the ground.
➌ We then will go over pricing, payment plans if needed & select products.
➍. Agreement and scope is sent to production.
➎. Our project manager will then call and go over start dates.
➏. Once project is completed, we’ll walk the property and settle up.
➐. Customer writes an authentic review :)
