- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No job is the same. No project is too small or too big. Each job is tailored to each home and homeowner's vision.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to set up an appointment to complete a job analysis. During the job analysis, our professionals will complete an inspection, take measurements, get an idea of your vision or end goal, answer any questions, and provide you with a step by step plan. It is quite simple which is something we want for the homeowner. Easy, straightforward, and honest. Whether you are dealing with a small roof repair, a complete roof replacement or need to build a patio cover/carport, we want to make sure you have all the information you need to make the best decision. We will also assist you with any insurance claims.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our professionals have hands-on experience. They are Roof Certified with Owens Corning and GAF. We pride ourselves with on-going education in all aspects of the industry. We have over 15 years of industry experience and extensive knowledge in roofing, siding, patio covers, carports, and insurance claims. We regularly attend meetings, educational classes, and verse ourselves in current code requirements. We are very knowledgeable in the insurance industry guidelines to make sure we represent the homeowner in every claim situation. We are well versed in all aspects of remodeling and are a great source of information.
