I could easily have checked all 5 qualities for Valor's rating review. Mr. Darko Valenta was my point of contact for hiring, management, and delivery of the product. They were extremely patient and professional all the way. They didn't require money up front, and not until work was starting. I liked their suggestions on the type, class, and color of shingle. And they were able to help explain how the work would progress, answer any questions I may have, and explain how my insurance would be applied, along with the process. Never did I feel pressured to make my decisions; but once a schedule was decided, their team moved fast and professionally to get the job done. I am very happy with my new roof. I think they use an excellent product, Owen Corning shingles; and did a terrific job. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to someone else.

Valor roofing was super responsive after submitting through Thumbtack. When meeting with the sales agent Darko, I was offered a very professional folder with all the products they use and warranty’s they provide with their roofs. They also already had a quote for all three levels of roofs which no other roofing company offered. Because they beat all other offers with a better quality shingle it was a no brainer to go with Valor. They only reason I gave 4 and not 5 stars was the fact the work crew destroyed my property with the old shingles and black tar they used to replace vent caps. It was literally everywhere and still is as I cannot seem to get it off my drive way, sidewalks, garage, fence, and even parts of my limestone wall in the front. I really do think these guys could have valued my property a lot better but instead treated it like crap. I probably would recommend them if they figured out how to respect the customers home but feel there is a disconnect between the crew, sales rep and owner. Hope this helps. I will add photos later.
