FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fee is 85.00 an hour for a session, but I'm willing to offer a discount of 15.00 per session if a customer books four sessions at a time.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In a professional, confidential setting: 1. Initial Assessment/Discovery: The session aims to understand the client's needs, goals, and/or challenges. 2. Goal Setting and Contracting Allow clients to share their thoughts and feelings about the above objective and to tell their story, which leads to the next point. 3. Exploration and Awareness Building: Purpose: To help the client develop self-awareness, identify barriers, and uncover new insights. As a coach, I practice active listening, asking questions to understand the client's concerns and identifying limiting beliefs that may prevent the client from accomplishing the goal. 4. Overcoming Obstacles Purpose: To help the client address any setbacks or resistance they encounter. Encourage clients to explore their strengths, values, and interests to build confidence and align their actions with their true selves. 5. Strategy and Action Planning Purpose: To develop concrete actions to achieve the client's goals. Steps: Co-create an action plan: Collaborate with the client to outline actionable steps for progress. Break down goals: Break larger goals into smaller, manageable tasks or mini-goals to create momentum. 6. Closure and Review Purpose: To reflect on the coaching journey and evaluate the overall impact. Steps: Review accomplishments: Discuss the client's goals and reflect on the progress made. Summarize key learnings: Help clients articulate what they've learned about themselves, their abilities, and their path forward. Sustainability plan: Ensure the client has strategies to maintain momentum and continue their personal or professional growth after the coaching relationship ends. Formal closure: End the coaching agreement while offering the possibility for future sessions if needed. Follow-up Session: Implementation and Progress Monitoring Purpose: To execute the action plan and ensure accountability. Steps: Follow-up sessions: Regular coaching sessions to review progress, reflect on successes, and address challenges. Provide feedback: Offer constructive feedback to help the client stay on course. Celebrate milestones: Acknowledge and celebrate progress to maintain motivation. Adjust the plan as needed: Revise strategies based on progress and new insights gained during the sessions.
