- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We specialize in Leak Detection, which is the base price listed. We will then discuss with you what will be required to fix the issue and how much that repair would be. We want to make sure you have the information you need to make the best decisions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We'll discuss your concerns before we arrive. We'll perform a thorough inspection and inform you of the repairs needed. We'll then work with you to set up a repair date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 15 years in the pool repair industry. Additionally, I am a licensed Texas Residential Appliance Installer, which is required for all pool and spa service people that are replacing or repairing swimming pool and spa electrical equipment in Texas.
