Introduction: I have been through a lot personally. These experiences have brought challenges to learn and grow from. Finding the gifts and connections in them back to one's true self is inspired. I believe we all need real and true guidance through certain transitional times in our lives, and I would like to help you through yours. First and foremost, don't isolate. Sometime friends and families are only able to offer so much support either because it is too much for them, or they are unfamiliar with what you are really going through. It's okay, meet them where they are and don't over tax the relationship. Find some outside guidance and a new perspective. Start listening to and trusting yourself. There are several little exercises to help you do this, to find your equilibrium and center where you have your own answers. I am willing to talk and listen to see if I may help you and collaborate for 15 minutes. Everyone deserves to have someone on their team wanting and rooting for the best.
