FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers call us and schedule a time to meet where we can inspect the trees/shrubs they want worked on. We then give them a free quote on how much the service will cost. We discuss things like stump removal, payment methods, and date of service.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Be specific with what you want to be done. For example, a "trim" could be just removing the bottom branches. It could also mean completely reshaping the tree. By using the generic word "trim" the contractor could give you a bid for removing the lower branches; meanwhile, you were expecting a complete overhaul. If you are more specific, it prevents possible misunderstandings.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How big is the tree/ shrub? Are there houses, fences, cars, gardens, or electrical lines nearby?
