From the beginning, Carlton was very engaging in his responses. He let us know his experiences and background so we felt very comfortable hiring him for our daughter’s wedding. Before the wedding, Carlton visited the venue to be certain that we could have a live feed for my son who is stationed in Guam. He also came to the rehearsal so he could be better prepared in angles and positions he would need to have. The day of the wedding, Carlton was in every place he needed to be. He took video of so many great moments. As the mom of the bride, I was very busy doing other things but I had full confidence in Carlton to capture everything he needed to capture. I would absolutely recommend Moss Productions for any videography you may need. I would definitely hire him again!

He showed up ready to work. Helped me set up the stage. Unfortunately, we didn't film but, I think he would have done an amazing job if we did.

Lucas was a great help to us in videoing a week long kids' camp at our church. He made recap videos every day for us and the quality was always great!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Professional camera/editor is not cheap and should be taken seriously. Just because we are at the event 3+ hours does not mean our job is not done. We have 6 hours of creating magic.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process is to meet with the client first. Then get to know what they are looking for before doing a contract.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
