- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please understand that if you hire me, you will receive an unprecedented amount of customer service and experience. Be wary of those who say they can do the job too quickly or for a lower amount of money. My price is based on my experience and the level of quality I guarantee. You will not be disappointed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love meeting new people. I typically hear compliments about how easy it was to work with me. I pride myself on communication and making the client feel comfortable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working in web development since I was a kid. I was the type who was fascinated with technology. I've also worked in healthcare, so as a web developer, this translates in to intense patience and verbal communication skills.
