Becci was amazing!! She helped us from beginning to end, kept us under our budget, made sure things ran smoothly the day of our wedding, and that all vendors were on time with everything needed. We wanted to get married in Hawaii but due to funds just couldn't, so Becci and her team made our wedding a Hawaiian theme and it was more then I could've dreamed of. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great wedding planner that will make sure your big day is everything you dreamed and hoped for.

I just recently hired Becci in October 2011 for my fiance that was going crazy with trying to plan a 250 guest wedding. In just a matter of a month she has found our wedding venue, cake vendor, and DJ. Becci is still going strong with the rest of the details we are needing to have lined up before we can take a mini break. She has given my fiance lots of ideas for everything. I highly recommend Becci as your wedding planner. We are also going to have her plan out my step daughter's quincenera in 2013. Thanks Becci, Gilbert

FAQs

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research. Meet with all wedding vendors and follow your gut. If they seem unprofessional they probably are unprofessional.

  • What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Why hire a planner…………………….. Often times these days brides feel they can plan their wedding on their own. They see it as a money saver. And hiring a wedding planner will just add to the budget. But when an issue occurs with a vendor or when the bakery can’t find your reception location or the DJ plans to use an IPOD. A wedding planner can pick out the professionals from the amateurs. A planner can help you mediate. She can act as a negotiator when any conflicts arise-between you and your vendors and possibly between family members. Really there is nothing worse than fighting with the very people who are supposed to help your wedding be beautiful and memorable. A planner can help you organize. Your planner can procure permits and facility paperwork, especially useful if your wedding is out of your local area. She can see where you might be charged additionally for parking, security or time overage and assist in budgeting these items in and keeping things on time to prevent time overages. A planner can supervise your wedding . This means she overseeing all the vendor setups on the day of the wedding. Making sure everything runs smoothly. Nothing worse than you getting your makeup and hair done and directing the florist how you want the flowers set up or where the DJ or Band needs to hook up for sound. This is a huge reason alone to hire a planner. A planner can help you orchestrate your wedding. The planner typically leads everyone through the wedding procession, telling the band when to play, having signaled the DJ when you’re making your grand entrance, when the brides maids need to start their walk down the aisle. This is no job for a cousin, auntie or friend. It is really a lot of running around which is why planners usually do not wear high heels because it is more like track and field! A planner can help you inspire. She can help suggest colors, themes, menu ideas, and unique favors, great out of the box fun ideas. Use her experience she has been to way many more weddings than most and seen what works and what doesn’t. She has also seen what everyone does and doesn’t so those out of the box ideas you’re thinking she can see how they will really work! So see a planner is so much more of a partner than a person who helps you get vendors!
