- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started my career in the Hospitality & Restaurant Industry 10 years ago. Then the better part of 2007 working on Sales & Catering Manager at the Menger Hotel and at Aramark at UTSA. I decided to commit my experience in catering and event planning acquired through my many years of dedication to customer service by opening Kalos, her own catering company.

That we are reliable and provide the very best service. We can provide service at their residence or a venue.
