- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All prices are before tax. Pricing that is listed is a general estimate for inside and outside cleaning.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get in contact over the phone/ email. Discuss the scope of work that will be involved such as: How many windows are needed to be cleaned, if both interior and exterior cleaning is needed, if the home consists of 1 or 2 stories, speciality windows etc. We then can set up an estimate if needed and then proceed with cleaning services.

A friend of mine took me along and showed me what all is involved in window cleaning, and I immediately became hooked.
