i love her yoga classes because no 2 are the same - they are a whole body experience which focuses on one area each class .. she is great at modifying for beginners and added a challenge for those who want it .. she’s also a great resource for all aspects of wellness!

Regina is the most wonderful coach, leader and guide. She incorporates our spiritual and physical needs into each session. She makes suggestions for modifications based on individual needs. Sessions are calm, well-paced, and thorough, and Regina provides just the right touch of camaraderie.

Regina has a warm & kind energetic personality! I love attending her class and also her one on ones! She is very patient, detailed and also helps you discover asanas you would think your body could not achieve. Best part is that she actually demonstrates that entire yoga class the entire time and will come assist when needed. I highly recommend her!
