Introduction: Johana is a 500 RYT certified adaptive yoga instructor and a trauma-sensitive yoga instructor (TSY). Her passion is helping others to connect back with their own body; as well as teaching and sharing knowledge with others. Johana leads individuals and groups into the exploration of breath, movement, meditation, and in-play by the embodiment of the movement as healing empowerment of growth with playful authenticity. I help with issues that are physical, emotional, for example, for stress, anxiety, pain, ability to focus attention, etc. Johana encourages her students to stay open with curiosity as well as self-discovery in their practice. Johana also brings intuitiveness, adaptability, playfulness, and joy to her yoga practice. As I like to share with the students I teach "Make time for you and connect within yourself."
