Bill is a very professional, friendly and courteous guy. He was easy to work with and discuss the job that I need. He has been in his work for a very long time now and I can see that he really puts effort in making sure that his work is going to meet your needs. He consults you for critical decisions that needs to be made and he would suggest/recommend things and explain them to you. I will definitely be considering him in my other future home projects.

So, the job you had on Saturday was bigger than you thought. Totally understandable. I was happy to reschedule to 1:00pm appointment on Sunday?? When I texted you just before 1:00pm on Sunday and received no response? Not professional AT ALL.
