I would recommend Blake and his crew to anyone who is hiring a moving service. Blake and his co-worker, Blake, showed up to my apartment on time and ready to move! We planned to move at 1:00pm and we were done by 3:00!!
I was very impressed on the speed of our move. We were moving from our three-story townhouse FULL of furniture in San Marcos to a two-story condo in South Austin. Both places had very steep, narrow stairways. Blake and Blake made moving my bed and bedframe, Ikea dresser (still full of my clothes!!), and my desk up the flights of stairs look easy!
Most importantly, on top of being fast and efficient, they were careful. They maneuvered my large couch and bulky leather chair down and up three flights of stairs total. Nothing was damaged.
They definitely know what they are doing. They are extremely helpful and friendly guys.
If you want to hire a moving service that is fast, efficient, careful, and affordable... I would recommend Blake and Bobcat Movers.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Blake for a move from San Marcos to San Antonio. This was my second move with Blake and his team. Their professionalism, time management, and quality of service is outstanding. I was impressed at the upgrades Blake offers with his moving services since my first move, December 2012. He has dollies, blankets, shrink wrap, and a crew that is incredibly efficient. He was easy to touch base with days prior to the move and the day of the move. They loaded and moved a 10' x 15' storage unit with 1BR:1B + study furniture plus at least 50 boxes. The time spent loading and unloading on this move was streamlined by having the same size boxes taped properly and removing odd shaped items prior to the crew arriving. With the proper prep work, they can be as fast as you need them to be. My move took 3 hours with approximately 45 minutes of that spent traveling. Without a doubt, I would recommend Bobcat Movers to any single, couple, or family needing to move any length of distance. I look forward to working with Blake for any future moves.
