Richard with (Gamboa Contracting) did an excellent job on our 4-plex apartment that needed remodeled. We (PIMAF Group) had a fire on two apartments at the 4-plex located (Meadow Field, SA,Tx). We had the 4-plex completly remodel with new wiring, Ac units,Etc. Richard bid was not the cheapest but he came recommended and we did not want to spend money on a bad contractor. Richard is a Licensed Electrical Contractor a Mechanical Contractor and Commercial Contractor with the city of San Antonio. He made sure all trade permits were taken out and dealt with all the city Inspectors. He also obtain release leins from all contractors at end of the job. I highly recomend Richard as a contractor if you want your job and money done right. We will be given him another job on our next project in about 6 months. Arlene Vallejo

I brought a house on French St ( Duplex) to have it rehab for Reselling for a profit. Richard was recommended and the estimate he gave me was on budget. He completely restored the house, Installed double Payne windows, Installed new flooring, Retextured and painted inside and outside house, Installed new wood flooring and tile flooring in the bathroom, new kitchen and bathroom cabinets, Updated the electrical system (Rewire) and installed central air conditioner to both apartments. What I like about Richard was he was also working at the house with his workers. I live in Laredo, Tx and he was very trustworthy especially giving him money for the project. I brought another house on Houston st and he will be rehabbing this one for me. Mike D

Contracted Richard to Replace outside and Inside electrical panels with new ones. He completed said job on time and with the with the agreed amount. Then a month later we had him replace out outside condensing unit, he only installs Ruud Brand and gave me a very good price and also completed job on time with the amount we had agreed on. I will use him on any electrical or ac problems we may have.

Richard was hired by me and my husband to install a new 200amp meter-loop with a partial rewire of our rent home. He was also contracted to change out the ac unit outside and inside furnace/blower with new high efficiency 14seer new units (Ruud Brand). The job was completed in a timely manner and the quote he gave was what he did the job for, no hidden extra cost. I already recommended him to other people. Very good honest contractor. Jenny
