I tried with Patti for 6 months and with one of her hired trainers Nic for 2 months. Patti was outstanding. She helped me get in shape and rehab my right thigh and lower extremity with proper squatting technique. I have had two ACL tear and reconstruction in right knee with subsequent loss of muscle mass in right thigh. Patti helped build muscle definition. And she helped me go up on bench press from bar to 260 lbs max. Her trainer Nic is very good as well. He is into boxing and trains with that well. I recently left her gym because I wanted to make swimming and biking part and parcel of my active lifestyle and for these, I needed a gym with a pool and a biking partner none of which I would have found at Patti's studio. Once I am well established with these, I may plan to return to her gym. I highly recommend Patti's gym. She is amazing. Nic is amazing to train with as well. He is very generous with his time and effort and quite selfless.
Troy is a great trainer, very accommodating to your schedule. He can do it all, whether your goal is body fat reduction, weight loss, strength gain, body building, or sports training, he will tailor the workout to achieve success.

We knew Tommy from another gym that we used to train at. I saw on Instagram that he was training clients at a private gym close to my house. He is very knowledgeable, he is great about accommodating physical limitations as far as finding alternate exercises, does meal plans, etc.
Victoria has been training my husband and I for about a month now...my husband who always talked about needing to exercise just never did...he needed someone to be accountable to. I first started training one on one with Shelby Jones, then had the privilege of training with Alexander Holguin before starting classes. All of the coaches are amazing, they really care about the members and their lives both in and outside the gym. Olympic weightlifting coach Corey Bigelow is fantastic and really helped me with my form after only a few one on ones. Kelly Castellano, Lisa Vasquez, Bryson Miller and Audrey Hernandez are amazing coaches and have taught me so very much! Nathaniel Tennison and Jennifer Pirtle are super awesome coaches and personal trainers!
After a long time of feeling like I would never lose weight no matter how much I worked out, then I found Paul! Like I told Paul I was trained by several trainers who didn't even get me anywhere near where Paul has in just 3 weeks! I started with Paul on December 17th and 3 weeks in I've lost more weight, training with him than I ever have training with other personal trainers. Paul is a great personal trainer because he "walks the walk" and everything just comes naturally to him. From the simple meal plans to the kick your butt workouts. He's motivating throughout your workout and will always give you instruction & correction on your technique. He will also make you think about every muscle your working. Throughout your workout he will interact with you and makes you feel completely comfortable. Paul's the type of trainer that wants to see you succeed and he loves what he does. I've never felt so motivated and inspired as I do and it's thanks to Paul!! You will see the physical changes in his clients and yourself, that's how you will know you made the right decision. I hired them to develop a routine for our girls who wanted to perform at their school's talent show. In one week, they were able to train a bunch of 7 year old girls an awesome routine. they were awesome! the girls really enjoyed the practices and the dancing.
