- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There’s no fees for an estimate, we offer discount .
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typical process will be set up an appointment for a free estimate, answer all questions you might have. Then the next day I send the estimate via email, text, or this app . If we move forward with the project we schedule an start day, I send the contract via email, as well I’ll bring one the start day of the project.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Recently we had done a popcorn removal on a first floor of a two story house (1300 sqft) we did level 4 ceiling. We add 27 recess lights, Painted walls and ceilings. It took us 5 to complete this project.
